All over the world, fans follow their favorite golf athletes in the different tournaments that they participate in. Who has not heard of pro golfer Tiger Woods who reportedly made $110 million in 2008 alone? Of course, he was not born with a club in his hands. He had to train to be the most admired and highest earning sports professional in the world. It was a long process filled with patience, determination and desire. Is it possible to become a pro golfer like Woods? Of course! It is actually much easier to learn the ins and outs in golf now that anyone can attend golf school. Watching sports channels, we may have become familiar with the different kinds of irons, when to use a wood and when to use a putter, what the difference is between a drive and a chip and how the game is scored. However, more than these basics, there are more to master. There is a wide gap between getting a perfect score in a golf quiz and shooting ten strokes over par. Its just like driving; knowing what the street signs mean does not guarantee you can drive a vehicle. There is more to just plain concepts.
